The current status of your product license may be checked at any time by reviewing the constantly updated Log File for the Network License Service.
Log File Path
The Network License Service Log File is saved to a fixed path within the All Users profile folder. This is usually: C:\ProgramData\3AM Solutions\Licensing\Network License Service for ProjectExplorer\3.0\License.log
Log File Events
The Network License Service records the following events to the Log File:
Event Description
When the Network License Service is started.
When the Network License Service is stopped.
When a new product license is installed, including an indication of the number of floating licenses available.
When a floating network license is checked out by a ProjectExplorer license client.
When a floating network license is checked back in by a ProjectExplorer license client.
When a checked-out floating network license is revoked by the Network License Service.
When a request for a floating network license is denied by the Network License Service.
